Sales Manager UK

Full-time (40 hours weekly) operating remotely.

Your primary duties will include:

• Taking full charge of the UK sales region including strategizing, tracking, and executing sales targets, revenue goals and profit margins.

• Overseeing relationships with UK Agents/Distributors & significant private label clientele.

• Serving as the main point of contact for all commercial negotiations & pertinent market/business issues.

• Conducting market & category assessments to pinpoint growth opportunities & new product developments.

• Actively collaborating with internal teams & external partners to ensure timely and profitable delivery of wine projects/products.

• Traveling within your designated area.

Your qualifications / competencies:

• A degree or equivalent academic background, preferably in business administration.

• A strong enthusiasm for wine coupled with ideally holding a WSET Level 3 certification (or higher).

• Essential experience within the UK wine industry demonstrating success.

• Excellent skills in presentation, communication, organization and business acumen.

• Proficiency in German would be highly beneficial.

• Capable of working autonomously from a home office with direct collaboration from headquarters in Germany.

• Skilled in IT – Proficient with 'MS Office' suite & Major Retailer Platforms.

  • Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally visit our Bingen head office.
