We are looking to strengthen our team for our cellars in Bingen and Leiwen (flexible period from approx. end of August to mid of October) with a motivated, reliable and dedicated

Assistant Winemaker (m/f/d)
for the grape harvest 2026
(from approx end of August to mid of October)

Your tasks:

• reception, analysis, pre-clarification and storage of must
• sensory and analytical monitoring of fermentation
• Tasks in the day-to-day business of the cellars
• Participation in all necessary documentation work
• Young wine treatment, racking

Your profile:

• Training as a viticulture technician, wine cooper, wine technologist or degree in viticulture, oenology or beverage technology
• Motivated, committed and able to work under pressure
• Passion for wine
