* Melakukan instalasi dan konfigurasi perangkat jaringan (router, switch, access point, firewall). * Melakukan troubleshooting dan pemeliharaan jaringan (LAN, WAN, WLAN). * Memantau performa jaringan menggunakan tools seperti PRTG atau SolarWinds. * Menyusun laporan teknis hasil instalasi, pemeliharaan, dan troubleshooting. * Menjelaskan isu teknis kepada pelanggan non-teknis secara profesional. * Memastikan konfigurasi jaringan sesuai standar keamanan (VPN, firewall, enkripsi). * Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal dan eksternal untuk mendukung operasional di lokasi pelanggan. * Mematuhi prosedur K3 saat bekerja di lapangan, termasuk area berisiko tinggi.
