Key Responsibilities: * Innovative Curriculum Design: Develop and adapt lesson plans and classroom materials using interactive, student-centered teaching approaches tailored to diverse learner needs. * Engaging Offline Instruction: Deliver dynamic and effective face-to-face classes that encourage active participation, collaboration, and practical language use. * Collaboration with Learning Designer Team: Work closely with the Learning Designer team to align teaching materials, curriculum structure, and learning objectives across programs. * Data-Driven Feedback: Observe, collect, and analyze student performance and feedback to continuously refine teaching strategies and classroom practices. * Program Planning & Execution: Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive offline learning programs that meet academic goals and student needs. * Active Classroom Facilitation: Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that motivates students and enhances their English communication skills. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in English Education, English Literature, or equivalent professional experience. * 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably in offline or classroom-based learning environments, with a strong commitment to student-centered instruction. * Native or near-native English proficiency, supported by a TOEFL score of 550+ or IELTS score of 6.5+. * Strong classroom management and communication skills to effectively engage students in face-to-face learning. * Open to collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly Learning Designers, to improve curriculum quality. * Passionate about exploring innovative teaching methods and adapting strategies to diverse learning styles. * Dedicated to delivering high-quality education with no active teaching commitments at other institutions, ensuring full focus on our students.
