Tanggung Jawab Utama (Job Desk) Pengawasan Tim & Produksi: Memimpin dan mengarahkan tim pekerja produksi (giling/packing) agar bekerja sesuai target dan prosedur. Mengontrol absensi dan kedisiplinan karyawan. Membagi tugas harian dan mendistribusikan material ke pekerja. Kontrol Kualitas (Quality Control): Memastikan kualitas rokok jadi sesuai standar (berat, bentuk, kerapatan). Memantau proses untuk meminimalkan loses (material yang terbuang) di setiap stasiun. Melakukan pengecekan awal (pre-shift) dan berkala terhadap kualitas hasil produksi.
