Admin Risk Management

Kualifikasi: 1. Familiar/good with Excel/Spreadsheet 2. Understand English writing 3. Thorough/Attention to Detail 4. Goal oriented as the deadline will be tight 5. Good communication skill, including being proactive to ask/find solutions 6. Easy to operate a system 7. Having knowledge in Risk Management is an advantage. Jobdesk: • Coordinate and arrange various business meetings and discussion sessions for the project • Assist in planning and performing user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing for the new system and any other integration, including preparation of test cases and proper documentation of test results • Support business users in process change management with implementation of new system • Assist in preparation and review of relevant documentation for the project • Assist in proper maintenance of key artefacts and documents for the project • Assist in tracking project activities/milestones, budget, risk issues and ensure any potential delay, budget overrun, and risk issues are flagged out for attention • Assist in planning and data preparation for the data migration exercise for the project. Including key in data to system • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
