Hotel Operations Executive

What you will do? Supports daily hotel operations (city-wide area) to ensure they meet RedDoorz Operational SOPs & standards. Monitor the quality of properties to ensure they meet our standards. Works closely with hotel teams to improve guest experience and support property management and local marketing efforts. Conduct field visits and follow-ups with properties to ensure compliance and address any issues. Requirements: 2-3 years experience in Hotel Management, Account Management. Ability to supervise operational things in Star rating Hotel. A bachelor's degree is required, with preference for those in Hospitality,Tourism, or related fields. Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Fluency in written and spoken English will be point plus. Availability to do business trip when needed.
