Sales Manager Refinancing

1. Berpengalaman dibidang leasing atau pembiayaan 2. Memimpin dan mengelola tim sales refinancing untuk mencapai target penjualan. 3. Menyusun strategi penjualan produk refinancing sesuai target perusahaan. 4. Monitoring kinerja tim (harian, mingguan, dan bulanan). 5. Memberikan coaching, training, dan evaluasi kinerja kepada tim sales. 6. Menganalisis market, kompetitor, dan peluang bisnis refinancing. 7. Membangun dan menjaga hubungan dengan dealer, mitra, dan nasabah. 8. Memastikan proses penjualan berjalan sesuai SOP dan kebijakan perusahaan. 9. Mengelola pipeline penjualan dan kualitas portofolio pembiayaan. 10. Menyusun laporan kinerja penjualan kepada manajemen.
