Junior User Incentive Operations Specialist - Ecommerce (Jakarta)

Job Description Planning & Execution Support: - Support planning of voucher and user strategies - Assist in voucher creation, setup, and deployment across Company’s platform. - Coordinate with local and regional cross-functional teams (Commercial, Finance, Campaign Operations etc.) to ensure timely voucher launches and updates. - Monitor voucher performance and flag discrepancies in real-time. Operational Monitoring: -Track voucher usage, budget consumption, and redemption rates using dashboards/tools. - Compile daily/weekly performance reports for stakeholder review. - Validate voucher mechanics alignment with predefined rules (e.g., user segments, budget caps). Process Optimization: - Identify bottlenecks in voucher workflows and suggest improvements. - Document processes and maintain SOPs for voucher operations. - Support A/B testing setup for voucher experiments. Data & Reporting: - Gather and clean data from Excel, internal tools, or SQL databases - Assist in generating insights on voucher performance trends for senior analysts. - Prepare presentation materials for routine performance reviews. Collaboration: - Act as a liaison between regional and country teams for operational queries. - Participate in cross-team meetings to share updates and align on priorities. Requirement Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Operations, or related fields. Experience: - 0–2 years in operations, data support, or e-commerce (internships included). - Exposure to promotional campaigns, voucher systems, or basic analytics is a plus. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP). - Familiarity with SQL (for data extraction) or e-commerce tools is advantageous.
