Event, PR & Brand Assistant Manager

Event, PR & Brand Assistant Manager Ready to Elevate a Luxury Brand Experience? We are seeking an Event, PR & Brand Assistant Manager who is strategic, result-driven, and data-oriented to support and drive branding initiatives that strengthen D&Co / Passion Jewelry brand presence. This role will work closely with management to plan, execute, and evaluate brand, PR, and event strategies across multiple channels. This position is open to both male and female candidates with proven experience in brand management, PR, and event execution—preferably within luxury, retail, or lifestyle industries. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and executing brand, PR, and event strategies aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives. - Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns, events, media activations, and collaborations, from concept to post-event evaluation. - Manage and coordinate PR activities, including media relations, influencer partnerships, and brand exposure initiatives. - Support cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, retail, and external vendors to ensure seamless brand execution. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance (online & offline) using data, KPIs, and reporting tools. - Utilize the ERP system and digital platforms for reporting, budgeting, tracking campaigns, and improving workflow efficiency. - Prepare evaluation reports, insights, and strategic recommendations for continuous brand improvement. - Support the Brand/Marketing Manager in supervising vendors, agencies, and junior team members when required. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand management, PR, or event roles, preferably in luxury, retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands. - Proven experience handling events, promotional campaigns, and PR projects from planning to execution. - Familiar with ERP Systems and comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Creative mindset with strong organizational and coordination abilities. - Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic schedules and events. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven with leadership potential.
