Supervisor Sales

Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Memimpin tim sales lapangan dalam menawarkan produk WiFi. - Membangun strategi penjualan dan membagi target harian/mingguan kepada tim. - Turut serta melakukan penawaran langsung (door to door) ke rumah-rumah konsumen. - Membina hubungan baik dengan calon pelanggan dan menjaga kepuasan pelanggan. - Memberikan pelatihan, coaching, dan monitoring terhadap performa tim. - Menyusun laporan penjualan dan pencapaian tim ke atasan. Kualifikasi: - Minimal pendidikan D3 - Usia maksimal 40th - Memiliki pengalaman sebagi leader min. 1 thn (di bidang telekomunikasi, ISP lebih disukai) - Bersedia bekerja di lapangan - Bersedia membawa tim ketika bergabung Benefit: - Gaji Pokok - Insentif/Bonus penjualan - BPJS
