- Menyiapkan keperluan kantor terkait ATK dan perlengkapan lainnya - Menbuat laporan mingguan (pengeluaran kas dan hutang) - Mengelola kas kecil operasional kantor - Filing surat masuk/keluar - Filing purchase order ke suplier - Menerima pertanggungjawaban dan membuat laporan pengeluaran proyek - Menerima dokumen tagihan dan membuat tanda terima - Update sosial media terkait proyek ongoing - Mengirim dokumen tagihan (bila diperlukan) - Input bukti pembelian barang - Membuat laporan keuangan - Membuat dokumen tagihan (invoice /faktur pajak) bila diperlukan
