Remedial di SMS Finance adalah bagian dari departemen penagihan (collection) yang fokus menangani kredit macet atau jatuh tempo, bertugas menagih nasabah bermasalah, negosiasi penyelesaian, membantu penarikan jaminan (aset), dan mengelola piutang bermasalah untuk mencapai target perusahaan, sering disebut juga Remedial/Recovery Staff atau Branch Remedial Staff. Pekerjaan ini memerlukan kemampuan komunikasi baik, berorientasi target, dan seringkali menyukai pekerjaan lapangan, dengan benefit gaji pokok, insentif, dan BPJS.
