Engagement Support Coordinator (Community Engagement)

Role Summary The Engagement Support Coordinator will be responsible for managing and monitoring community interactions across various platforms such as Facebook Groups, WhatsApp Groups, and Instagram. This role ensures fast, accurate, and guideline-compliant responses while supporting online campaigns and product updates. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage and execute escalations from community platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram). 2. Ensure timely responses based on SLA using verified and accurate information. 3. Monitor and categorize community sentiment (positive/negative) to identify trends and feedback. 4. Ensure all community responses follow official communication guidelines. 5. Support online campaigns, feature launches, and product updates. Candidate Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 2. Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, community management, event management, or logistics coordination (fresh graduates are welcome). 3. Diploma (D3) graduates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong customer service mindset. 6. Ability to manage schedules, community activities, and structured reporting. 7. Able to create presentations and educational modules. 8. Strong analytical skills to identify trends, anomalies, and operational needs. Technical Skills 1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Power BI, and reporting tools. 2. Knowledge of procurement workflows and vendor management is a plus (training will be provided).
