Digital Marketing Supervisor

Summary: Digital Marketing Team Leader is responsible for leading and executing the company's digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate leads, increase online sales, and enhance customer engagement for our furniture interior products (desks, chairs, acoustic panels). Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning & Execution: • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. • Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively. • Create and maintain a digital marketing calendar. 2. Team Leadership & Management: • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of graphic designers, social media specialists, SEO/SEM specialists, and e-commerce specialists. • Assign tasks, provide feedback, and ensure team members meet deadlines and quality standards. • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. 3. Digital Channel Management: • Social Media: Oversee the development and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest) to engage target audiences and build brand awareness. • SEO/SEM: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website. Manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads) to generate targeted leads and sales. • E-commerce: Optimize the online store (website, marketplaces) for conversions, manage product listings, and implement strategies to increase online sales. • Content Marketing: Collaborate with the team to create engaging and informative content (blog posts, articles, videos, images) that resonates with the target audience. • Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products, and drive customer loyalty. • Website Management: Ensure the company website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions. 4. Performance Analysis & Reporting: • Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using analytics tools • Generate regular reports on key metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness. • Conduct A/B testing to optimize website and campaign performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: • D3/ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Having Digital Marketing certification is a plus • Proven experience in managing digital marketing. Will be a plus in the furniture or interior design industry. • Strong leadership and management skills. • Expertise in SEO/SEM, social media marketing, e-commerce, and content marketing. • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. • Excellent communication , interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices
