Customer Success Support Jakarta

Responsibilities: - Deliver training sessions for corporate administrators on account management, policy setup, usage monitoring, and reporting through the Company for Business portal. - Support and guide client employees through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth account linkage and activation. - Proactively engage administrators and employees to encourage adoption across Company services (transport, food, delivery, etc.) and run awareness initiatives on new features and best practices. - Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue escalation to internal teams. - Track account health, platform usage, and satisfaction metrics to identify risks and growth opportunities. - Prepare and present regular performance reports (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews) with actionable, data-driven insights for corporate clients. Requirements: - Proven experience in B2B customer success, account management, or other client-facing roles, preferably in the technology sector - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify client needs and growth opportunities - High empathy, proactive attitude, and a customer-centric mindset
