Responsibilities: - Identify and onboarding new partners (merchants, vendors, or agents) in Sidoarjo, Gresik, and Mojokerto to increase market penetration. - Act as the primary point of contact for existing partners, ensuring high satisfaction and resolving operational issues on-site. - Monitor daily performance metrics (KPIs) in your assigned area and implement local interventions to improve service quality (e.g., delivery times, stock availability). - Conduct market research to understand local competitor moves and consumer behavior in outer regions to provide actionable feedback to the City Manager. - Organize and execute local marketing activations, events, or community gatherings to increase brand awareness outside the Surabaya city center. - Ensure smooth coordination between Surabaya’s central hub and the satellite distribution points or operational clusters in the outer regions. Requirements: - S1 graduate from any major - Min. 1 year experience in sales/marketing/community engagement/marketing communication. - Valid SIM C license and is willing to mobile with motorcycle. - Willing to cover outer-Surabaya, Sidoarjo and greater area. - Can join immediately
