PT Mitra Berdaya Optima (MBO) We are a consulting firm specializing in consultancy, training, and system development aligned with ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards. In essence, we help clients implement ISO standards and achieve certification. Based in Yogyakarta, we operate as a B2B business and have successfully assisted over 300 organizations in the past six years. B2B Sales Responsibilities -Proactively identify potential clients, generate leads, and build strong relationships. -Conduct initial meetings with potential clients to present, promote, and sell services while negotiating and closing deals. -Identify additional business opportunities and future prospects with existing clients -Achieve B2B sales targets. Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in business, marketing, or a related area) -Min. 2 years of experience as a Sales Specialist, Online Deal Maker, Customer Success Manager, or in a similar sales role. -Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities -Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus -Ready to be based in Jakarta What we provide?
