Admin Gudang

- Melakukan input data paket masuk dan keluar melalui sistem internal (misalnya: scan barcode, entry resi, update status pengiriman). - Memastikan kelengkapan dan akurasi dokumen pengiriman seperti manifest, delivery list, dan proof of delivery (POD). - Mengelola arsip dokumen pengiriman secara rapi dan terstruktur. - Membuat laporan harian terkait jumlah paket masuk, keluar, return, dan bermasalah. - Berkoordinasi dengan kurir dan petugas lapangan terkait kendala pengiriman/penerimaan paket. - Meng-update status paket bermasalah (misroute, damage, return, dll) ke sistem atau ke pihak terkait. - Support kebutuhan administrasi lainnya sesuai arahan atasan atau supervisor operasional.
