Create and manage agents contact center schedules to ensure optimal coverage and meet service level agreements (SLAs). 2. Track and manage adherence to schedules and provide actionable insights to improve performance. 3. Utilize WFM software and tools to manage schedules, forecasts, and performance metrics. Requirements: 1. Lulusan minimal D3 dari Segala Jurusan 2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai WFM Contact Center minimal 1 tahun. 3. Memiliki kemampuan excel dan analisa yang baik. 4. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, forecasting, capacity planning, evaluation yang baik. 5. Bersedia bekerja secara on site di Jakarta Pusat (WFO)
