Middle Senior Product Manager

Job Descriptions : - Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape for strategic product development of our product. - Design and develop new products aligned with market demands and industry advancements. - Identify USP (Unique Selling Proposition), pricing strategies, and product positioning to enhance competitiveness and maximize market potential. - Work closely with different teams to ensure product relevance, usability, and strong positioning in the market. - Develop features and services that strengthen marketing functions and increase user engagement. - Ensure that digital learning tools, interactive content, and adaptive learning strategies are effectively implemented. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree preferably in Product Management, Educational Technology, IT, Business, or related fields. - Minimum 2-year experience in EdTech or product development (preferred) - Experience in UI/UX and Digital Marketing would be a plus. - Previous internship or bootcamp experience in Product Development (3 to 6 months). - Strong understanding of Product Development Life Cycle, Business Growth Strategy, USP, and Pricing Strategy. - Excellent coordination skills with marketing, branding, and business teams. - Have to be fluent in conversation using the English Language. - Has an interest in mentoring.
