JobDesk HR - Melakukan proses rekrutmen end-to-end (sourcing, screening, interview) - Mengelola administrasi karyawan (data, kontrak, absensi) - Mengurus onboarding & offboarding karyawan - Menjalankan proses payroll & administrasi BPJS - Menangani hubungan industrial & kedisiplinan karyawan - Membantu pelaksanaan training dan pengembangan SDM - Membuat laporan HR secara berkala Kualifikasi - Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Psikologi/Manajemen/SDM diutamakan) - Pengalaman HR min. 1 tahun (fresh graduate dipertimbangkan) - Memahami proses rekrutmen & administrasi HR - Menguasai Ms. Office (terutama Excel) - Komunikatif, teliti, dan bertanggung jawab - Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun tim
