Website Development & E-Commerce Management Intern

Location: Torajamelo Office (WFO, Monday–Friday) Internship duration: 6 months Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join Torajamelo’s team to support our website and e-commerce operations. The intern will help update and maintain our website, manage product uploads, support online sales activities, and ensure a smooth user experience across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Update and maintain website content (products, banners, blog, etc.). • Assist in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Tokopedia, and Shopee,etc. • Monitor website performance and collect user feedback. • Support online promotions and campaign activities. • Assist the team during company events. • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency. Candidate Requirements - Final-year university student (minimum semester 6–7) majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, Communication or other related field. -Basic knowledge of UI/UX and SEO - Basic understanding of website management or CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.). - Familiar with e-commerce operations and online store platforms. - Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn. - Have good English proficiency both spoken & written (conversational level) - Willing to work on-site (WFO) from Monday to Friday. - Able to commit for a 6-month internship period. - Preferably available to start immediately. This is an office-based (WFO) internship lasting 6 months, with a monthly salary of IDR 500,000.
