Membina dan membantu BA/Agen/Mitra BFI untuk mengembangkan strategi agency dengan tujuan menghasilkan jumlah debitur 4. Melakukan koordinasi dengan Supervisor dan pihak lainnya dalam pelaksanaan aktifitas hariannya
