Pemahaman Hardware: Menguasai fungsi dan cara kerja komponen utama seperti Motherboard, Processor (CPU), RAM, GPU, serta media penyimpanan (SSD/HDD). Keahlian Bongkar Pasang: Terampil membuka berbagai model laptop/PC tanpa merusak casing atau kabel fleksibel yang sensitif. Troubleshooting Hardware: Mampu mendiagnosis kerusakan fisik, seperti layar blank, baterai kembung, engsel patah, hingga masalah kelistrikan (jalur short pada modul). Troubleshooting Software: Ahli dalam instalasi Sistem Operasi (Windows, macOS, Linux), instalasi driver, pembersihan virus/malware, serta optimasi performa sistem. Keahlian Micro-Soldering: (Nilai Plus) Kemampuan menyolder komponen kecil di motherboard sangat dicari untuk perbaikan tingkat lanjut. Pemahaman Jaringan Dasar: Mengetahui cara konfigurasi LAN, Wi-Fi, dan pengaturan IP Address.
