Job desk & Qualification: 1. Monitor site down, Cell Down, ENVA alarm 2. Support data and Update site down under suffix 3. Monitoring Stolen Case 4. Update site N3T P1, P2, P3 dan USO 5. Monitoring and Quick Respon WAG Sales 6. Escalation TT Emergency, Major, Critical 7. Update PLN Blackout and support mapping team 8. Update List FOC DWDM & Uplift 9. Respons request by Chat and WAG Qualifications/ Experience/ Other Attributes: 1. Minimum D3/S1 degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. 2. Minimum 1 year of experience as Helpdesk / NOC / Monitoring (preferably with experience in the telecommunications industry). 3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have a basic understanding of networks. 4. Understanding of site monitoring 5. Familiar with ticketing escalation processes 6. Understanding of PLN blackout workflows and ability to coordinate with mapping teams. 7. Understanding of the basics of FOC, DWDM, and Uplift, and ability to accurately update lists 8. Willingness to work shifts, including nights and holidays. 9. Ability to work under pressure and in critical situations (critical issues).
