- Usia max 35 tahun - Domisili Solo atau bersedia ditempatkan di Solo. - Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 lebih diutamakan. - Memiliki kecepatan mengetik yang baik & multitasking. - Komunikasi tertulis jelas, sopan, dan profesional. - Mampu bekerja dengan target & shifting (jika diperlukan). - Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar, pengalaman CS Livechat/Email/Call lebih disukai. JOBDESK: - Melayani pelanggan melalui live chat/Email dengan cepat, ramah, dan sesuai SOP. - Menangani beberapa chat sekaligus dengan akurat. - Mendokumentasikan percakapan pelanggan di sistem CRM. - Memberikan informasi produk/layanan, menyelesaikan kendala, serta melakukan eskalasi bila diperlukan. - Menjaga standar SLA response time sesuai KPI.
