Kualifikasi Pendidikan minimal S1 Pengalaman kerja minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang General Affair / Facility Management / Office Administration. Memahami pengelolaan aset, kendaraan operasional, perizinan, dan vendor management. Terampil dalam melakukan koordinasi dan negosiasi dengan pihak eksternal (vendor, building management, supplier). Mampu mengelola dokumen administratif dan inventaris secara rapi dan akurat. Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Mampu bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim, serta memiliki inisiatif tinggi. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan berorientasi pada pelayanan internal (service oriented). Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas bila diperlukan.
