Marketing Executive (Content & Event)

Job Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and executing marketing activities and campaigns. - Manage company social media accounts (content posting, basic engagement, and coordination). - Support the preparation and execution of both online and offline company events. - Create basic visual designs for social media content and marketing needs. - Respond to inbound inquiries from prospects via email, phone, WhatsApp, or other channels. - Assist in processing and qualifying inbound leads before being handed over to the related team. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and communication activities. - Support day-to-day marketing administrative tasks when required. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, Business, or related fields. - Have interest in marketing, branding, and business communication. - Able to create simple designs using tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe (basic level). - Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and chat. - Organized, proactive, and willing to learn multiple marketing functions. - Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. - Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
