HR Generalist

Jobdesk: - Mengelola administrasi data karyawan (kontrak dan absensi). - Melakukan proses rekrutmen. - Mengurus onboarding dan offboarding karyawan. - Membantu komunikasi HR dengan karyawan dan user. - Mengelola dan merapikan dokumen HR. - Membantu proses HR operasional harian. Persyaratan: - Pengalaman fresh graduate dipersilakan - Mengerti dasar administrasi dan tertarik di bidang HR. - Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office / Google Workspace. - Teliti, rapi, dan bertanggung jawab. - Memiliki komunikasi yang baik dan mau belajar.
