Senior System & Infrastructure Engineer

What Will You Do: - Lead, mentor, and develop the IT infrastructure operations team to strengthen capabilities and service delivery. - Oversee daily operations of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, SAN storage, virtualization, and cloud environments). - Ensure operational standards through ITIL processes (incident, problem, event, and change management). - Drive automation initiatives and manage monitoring, backup, and other infrastructure tools. - Manage vendor and third-party relationships, ensuring SLAs and performance targets are achieved. - Act as a technical expert in reviews, projects, and escalations. - Support infrastructure projects such as system upgrades, cloud migrations, and end-of-life replacements. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or similar roles. - Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure operations and leading technical teams. - Strong skills in managing virtualized environments and HCI (e.g., VMware, XCP-ng). - Solid understanding of Linux servers, networks, and SAN storage. - Experience with automation tools and scripting languages. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
