Field Collector

Qualifications: - Minimum of (SMA/k) in any field. - 1 years of experience as Field Collector - Possess valid SIM A and SIM C (able to operate both car and motorcycle) - Flexible and mobile for field visits in various locations - Good communication and negotiation skills - Detail-oriented with good record-keeping ability - Able to handle difficult customers calmly and effectively - Willingness to work from the Jakarta. Responsibilites: - Monitoring and collecting overdue receivables - Direct customer collection visits - Negotiating payment plans - Recording collection activities - Handling billing-related complaints - Preparing receivables status reports - Collecting proof of payment
