Englis Customer Expert Voice (C1) - Yogyakarta

What You’ll Do: - call with customers and solve their questions in marketplace with care. - Handle basic technical issues (we provide scripts!). - Escalate important matters when needed. - Hit performance goals (we’ll help you get there!) - Be part of an International supportive and high-energy team! What We’re Looking For: - Minimum D3 or Bachelor's degree in any field (GPA ≥ 2.75). - Strong English skills (written & spoken) – tested in recruitment. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! - Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts. - Good problem-solving and multitasking skills. - Able to type 50+ words per minute is a plus. - Fast learner, independent, and ready to work. - Available to start in August or September 2025.
