1. Memastikan toko buka dan tutup sesuai jadwal. 2. Mengawasi kebersihan, kerapian, dan tampilan produk (display/merchandising). 3. Memastikan stok barang cukup dan penataan sesuai standar. 4. Melakukan pengecekan barang masuk dan keluar (stok opname) 5. Menjadi penghubung antara manajemen dan tim toko. 6. Memantau pencapaian target harian, mingguan, dan bulanan. 7. Mendorong tim untuk mencapai target penjualan. 8. Membuat laporan hasil penjualan dan rekap absen karyawan
