1. Mencari Mitra Baru/kerjasama Franchise Tebareak 2. Handle All Mitra yang sudah dan atau akan bekerjasama dengan Teabreak (Perusahaan) 3. Membuat Action Plant 4. Melakukan riset dan analisis pasar (termasuk kompetitor) 5. Mengatur dan membagi tugas kepada semua bawahan (PO, Perpanjanagan Kontrak Kerjasama dll) Catatan: Diharapkan kandidat pelamar mempunyai pengalaman dibidang FnB (food and beverage) , terutama handle Kemitraan/Franchise akan menjadi Nilai Plus.
