1. Mengelola kebutuhan operasional kantor, seperti perawatan gedung, kendaraan dinas, alat tulis kantor (ATK), dan perlengkapan kerja lainnya. 2. Mengatur dan memantau penggunaan fasilitas kantor (ruang meeting, kendaraan operasional, parkir, dan sebagainya). 3. Mengatur dan memantau jadwal perawatan (maintenance) fasilitas kantor serta memastikan kebersihan dan keamanan lingkungan kerja. 4. Membantu koordinasi kegiatan internal perusahaan, seperti rapat, acara kantor, atau kunjungan tamu. 5. Mengurus kebutuhan karyawan yang bersifat umum, seperti seragam, ID card, dan keperluan fasilitas lainnya.
