Marketing Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Engineering (preferably with knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration systems). • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing or B2B sales, preferably in the technical service industry. • Strong understanding of service marketing and customer relationship management. • Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and execute campaigns (both online & offline). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Creative, proactive, and target-oriented • Fluent in English • Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and willing to travel for business when required. Responsibilities : • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (B2B & B2C). • Plan and manage digital & offline marketing campaigns. • Analyze market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
