Survey lapangan ke rumah atau tempat usaha konsumen untuk memastikan kondisi dan informasi yang diberikan sesuai fakta. 3. Melakukan wawancara singkat dengan calon konsumen atau pihak terkait untuk menggali informasi tambahan. 4. Mengambil foto dokumentasi (rumah, lokasi usaha, konsumen, atau jaminan) sesuai SOP perusahaan. 5. Menyusun dan mengirimkan laporan hasil verifikasi secara akurat dan tepat waktu ke tim analis.
