1. Memiliki kemampuan melakukan Job Portal Loker ke Media Social 2. Mampu dan terbiasa menggunakan alat dan soal - soal psikotest 3. Memiliki kemampuan Korespondensi / surat menyurat, email dan document control 4. Berpengalaman melakukan negosiasi / offering salary 5. Mengatur proses Onboarding / penerimaan karyawan new join 6. Menyerahkan dan menarik proses aset inventaris karyawan new join 7. Membuat jadwal wawancara HRD dan User terkait hasil screening kandidat 8. Membuat bank data kandidat saat diperlukan level staff, koordinator, SPV 9. Membuat listing kebutuhan kandidat per Divisi
