Job Description: Menangani eskalasi keluhan nasabah level lanjut Koordinasi dengan divisi terkait untuk penyelesaian kasus Membuat laporan eskalasi dengan akurat Menyampaikan solusi dengan komunikasi profesional Qualifications: Pria / Wanita belum menikah, usia maks. 27 tahun D3/S1 (IPK min. 2.50) atau SMA berpengalaman Pengalaman Call Center / Customer Service (diutamakan) Komunikasi jelas (tidak cadel/logat) Multitasking, Problem Solving, Probing & Analytical Skills Bersedia shifting / lembur & tidak hamil selama kontrak Analisa & handling difficult customers Benefits: Gaji pokok sesuai UMP wilayah masing-masing BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan Overtime allowance (Lembur) Tunjangan Shifting Komisi / Bonus Kompensasi lainnya sesuai kebijakan perusahaan
