Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

1. Menjalankan komunikasi aktif dengan customer (follow up, call in/out, broadcast promo). 2. Menangani keluhan dan memberikan solusi terkait layanan sekolah. 3. Mengelola database customer dan calon siswa. 4. Mendukung kegiatan promosi sekolah (open booth, pameran, event). 5. Memantau aktivitas kompetitor dan tren pasar. 6. Memberikan informasi lengkap mengenai program dan biaya sekolah. 7. Menjalin hubungan baik dengan stakeholder internal dan eksternal.
