Paham estetika visual: warna, font, komposisi. 3. Kreatif, update dengan tren video kekinian. 4. Bisa bekerja cepat sesuai deadline. 5. Memiliki handphone/perangkat yang mendukung editing & shooting video. 6. Mampu melakukan shooting video sendiri (basic videography). 7. Wajib melampirkan portofolio.
