Project Successor Internship (PAID)

1. Final-year student or fresh graduate (preferably in IT, Information Systems, or related fields). 2. Strong communication and coordination skills. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic level) for reporting/simple analysis needs. 4. Interested in learning about ERP, HRIS, and SaaS-based services. 5. Able to work well both in a team and individually. 6. Available WFO (Work From Office) dan internship period (6 months) Main Responsibilities: 1. Support the coordination of ERP/HRIS product knowledge to the Customer Success team. 2. Assist in delivering information related to new features from the Product Team. 3. Contribute to maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring subscription continuity. 4. Support product training offers and follow-up activities. Benefits: 1.
