1. Fully responsible for managing driver activities and events in order to increase drivers productivity and engagement level. Operating this will need discipline and expected to be strategic and understanding the potential area/ channel for acquiring potential drivers 2. You will be growing Grab the already strong presence in your area 3. You will maintain the customer both from drivers and passenger satisfaction level in your area Requirements : 1. Minimum education is D3 in any major 2. Have at least one-year experience in sales & direct marketing job, ideally field-based that involved customer acquisition activity 3. Proficient in using laptop, Office (especially Excel/GSheet) / Google Workspace, and useful mobile applications into day-to-day work 4. Great communication and negotiation skills 5. Own and able to drive a car or motorcycle as this role might require visits to different location, would be ideal 6. Preferable candidates who lives in Tangerang area 7.
