ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

Assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including managing staff, inventory, and budgets Ensuring excellent customer service by training, leading, and motivating the service team Implementing and monitoring operational procedures to maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service Analysing sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance profitability Participating in the recruitment, training, and development of restaurant staff Collaborating with the culinary team to develop and refine menu offerings Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations What we're looking for Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar assistant restaurant management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting Thorough understanding of food safety and health regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
