Customer Relationship Manager

Job Description: Reconnect with inactive customers and rebuild relationships to encourage repeat orders. Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve services. Maintain long-term partnerships with clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Manage and update customer databases accurately. Develop customer engagement strategies. Support the sales team in client communication and follow-ups. Understand production workflows to align with client needs. Deliver excellent service through responsive and professional communication. Requirements: Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent. Female preferred. Willing to work on-site at Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK). Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Pleasant appearance, confident, and energetic. Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized. Quick to learn and adapt in dynamic environments. Able to handle pressure and multitask. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Prior experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
