Marketing Specialist

Identify and approach potential locations or business partners for product installation and brand promotion Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and brand partners to support marketing campaigns. Plan, execute, and monitor social media content calendars across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee. Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support marketing strategy decisions. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital and offline marketing trends to propose creative promotional ideas. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields. 1+ year of experience in marketing, partnership, or social media-related roles (or strong portfolio for fresh graduates). Good communication and negotiation skills for external collaborations. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and initiative to execute ideas independently. Familiarity with digital tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Tools, or other similar platforms. Basic understanding of data tracking, marketing analytics, or reporting is a plus.
