Responsibilities - Engage with incoming leads and consult with clients to understand their requirement - Present company products and services clearly and persuasively - Prepare proposals, quotations, and related sales documents - Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company guidelines - Collaborate and attend meetings with Interior Designers to align on client needs and support smooth coordination - Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals - Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or any relevant field - Minimum GPA of 3.30 from a reputable university - 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, account executive, or a related role - Strong customer orientation with the ability to gauge client needs - Goal-oriented and highly motivated to achieve targets - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
