💼 Job Description: Mengelola dan memperbarui data pelanggan agar tetap akurat. Menganalisis perilaku & tren pelanggan untuk strategi bisnis. Merancang dan menjalankan kampanye pemasaran terarah. Menangani keluhan & membuat program retensi pelanggan. Memastikan sistem CRM berjalan optimal dan mudah digunakan. Membuat laporan & dashboard untuk mendukung keputusan bisnis. ✨ Kualifikasi: Perempuan, minimal usia 18 tahun Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK Sederajat (D3/S1 lebih disukai) Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar Tertarik di bidang penjualan, pelayanan pelanggan, dan data Komunikatif, teliti, dan siap belajar sistem CRM Mampu bekerja secara tim maupun individu Terbiasa menggunakan media sosial / marketplace
