1. Memeriksa dan mengupdate status pembayaran angsuran oleh Customer sesuai SOP/Pedoman Kredit 2. Menginformasikan biaya Kewajiban Lain Customer kepada Desk Collector 3. Mengarsipkan SK tarik 4. Memproses pelunasan kredit Customer sesuai SOP/Pedoman Kredit 5. Melakukan scan dan upload seluruh dokumen penjualan unit tarikan ke sistem 6. Menginput data pembayaran angsuran unit refinancing dengan kendaraan berstatus dilelang, dijual atau hilang dan pelunasan khusus lainnya sesuai dengan SOP/Pedoman Kredit
